Roltek d.o.o. is a Slovenian producer of rolling shutters, selling its products on the local, Euorpean and Balkan markets. The products, such as rolling shutters, gates and marquise cuts fulfill high quality standards and are certified according to ISO 9001. In order to manage internal processes like calculation and product planning, Roltek has incorporated the use of Ingenious v12 and Ingenious.pps software. The combination of these two applications allows Roltek to optimize the production process. Based on parts lists, they can merge the orders for different products to optimize resources for work procedures. Specialized dealers and the sales force will be connected to the system during 2013. The calculation of offers and the order processing will then be accelerated and visible to all participating departments.
